Health Sector in Taiz holds vigils denouncing genocide & starvation crimes in Gaza

Taiz - Saba:
Several districts in Taiz Province witnessed protest vigils on Saturday, condemning the ongoing genocide crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The events were organized by the health sector in the governorate.

Participants from government and private hospitals, as well as health offices in the districts, emphasized that the crimes of genocide and starvation perpetrated by the Zionist enemy will only be met with increased awareness, popular mobilization, and escalated military operations until the aggression stops and the siege on Gaza is lifted.

They denounced the Zionist enemy’s targeting and destruction of hospitals in Gaza and the genocide of medical personnel, elders, women, and children seeking aid in the Strip.

A statement issued by the vigils affirmed that the Zionist enemy’s commission of horrific massacres and starvation warfare exposes to the world the extent of its brutal crimes against humanity, violating religious principles, human values, and international laws and norms.

The statement called for adopting a jihadist project to halt the crimes of the Zionist entity and taking steps to support the Palestinians in confronting the occupying enemy.

It renewed its appeal to the Arab and Islamic nations to break the silence and organize similar vigils in rejection of genocide and starvation crimes, standing in solidarity with their brethren in Gaza, who remain steadfast amid the rubble and destruction.

The statement expressed bewilderment at Western nations’ eagerness to fund and support the horrific Jewish crimes against the Palestinian people with American and Western backing, holding the countries complicit with the Zionist enemy morally, legally, and ethically responsible for the brutal genocide against Palestinians.

The statement stressed that the Zionist enemy would not have dared to commit such crimes and violations without international complicity and the collusion of some Arab regimes engaged in normalization and subservience.

It saluted the qualitative jihadist operations carried out by Palestinian resistance movements against the Zionist enemy, reiterating the Yemeni people’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and resistance factions in Palestine.
