Ibb – SABA:
The General Authority of Al-Thawra Hospital in Ibb Governorate held an angry protest on Saturday condemning the crimes of the Israeli enemy and its blockade and starvation policies against the people of Gaza.
In a statement issued during the rally—attended by the hospital’s chairman, Dr. Abdulghani Ghabsha, his deputies, and the medical, health, and administrative staff—the participants denounced the targeting of civilians, displaced persons, and health facilities across the Strip. The statement described Israel’s attacks on medical facilities as a “stain of shame” on the silent or complicit world, which is losing what remains of its humanity, credibility, and values day by day.
The statement called for opening the crossings unconditionally to allow the entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, who are facing a crippling famine under a nearly two-year-long siege. It stressed that the prevention of aid constitutes a crime of genocide in which global powers of arrogance are complicit through their silence or support for Israel.
It reaffirmed Yemen’s firm and principled position on the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that the battle with the occupying entity is one of identity and existence—irreversible and non-negotiable—and that the Yemeni people will never abandon Palestine regardless of the sacrifices.
Separately, Al-Sahoul General Hospital in Ibb organized a protest condemning the crimes of the Israeli entity against Gaza’s children, women, and elderly.
In a statement issued during the rally—attended by the hospital’s director, Dr. Ayman Al-Sadah, and hospital staff—participants stressed that the Israeli enemy’s schemes and conspiracies will fail, and that free nations are capable of thwarting them and resisting on all fronts.
The statement described the protests as an extension of the “battle of honor and dignity” fought by the Yemeni people alongside the free people of the Ummah against U.S.-Israeli hegemony and domination. It added that Gaza’s battle is the battle of the entire nation, and that every bullet fired by the resistance and every missile launched from Yemen is a strike at the heart of the usurping entity—a message that the era of domination and silence is over.
