Al-Najjar inaugurated a skills development training program for beneficiaries of the Skills Development Fund, emphasizing the center's competence in delivering high-quality training that meets labor market demands.
He reviewed the progress of a training program for Yemen Oil Company employees, designed to enhance technical skills in line with industry advancements.
Al-Najjar stressed the importance of investing in workforce development as a key pillar for advancing Yemen's oil and minerals sector, urging continued implementation of specialized training programs to boost national expertise.
