Beit Al-Faqih District in Al Hodeidah Governorate witnessed a massive student march today, denouncing the genocide and starvation crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against the people of Gaza.
Participants in the march, led by local and executive authority leaders as well as educational sector officials, raised Yemeni and Palestinian flags and banners condemning the U.S.- and European-backed aggression, demanding the siege be broken.
They chanted slogans affirming their steadfastness, resilience, and readiness to sacrifice in the cause of God and in defense of the oppressed, holding the U.S., Israel, and their allies responsible for the crimes and policies of starvation and deprivation.
A statement issued during the march condemned the enemy entity’s continued killings, genocide, and systematic policies of starvation and displacement, amid the silence and inaction of Arab and Islamic regimes. It emphasized that these regimes are complicit in the crimes through their silence and failure to act to bring in medicine, food, and fuel.
The statement called on all school and university students, as well as educational institutions across the Arab and Islamic world, to break the barrier of silence and inaction regarding the crimes against the children, women, and elderly of Gaza. It reaffirmed the continuation of student activities in support of the Palestinian cause, standing with Gaza’s students, and exposing the enemy’s crimes.
The statement urged active participation in events commemorating the Prophet’s Birthday (Mawlid al-Nabi), emulating the teachings of the Great Messenger (peace be upon him and his household). It warned against the tools of betrayal that promote chaos and sedition, stressing the importance of maintaining national unity in confronting the enemy. The statement reassured the people of Gaza that the Yemeni people and freedom-loving people worldwide stand with them in word and deed until victory is achieved.
