Sana'a – Saba:
Attorney General Judge Abdulsalam al-Houthi, along with an engineering team from the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, on Saturday inspected the land designated for a judicial complex to house prosecution offices in the northern part of the capital Sana'a.
He received a briefing on the seven-story project, which will accommodate 11 prosecution offices, from Engineer Akram al-Olofi of the Attorney General's Office and Engineer Ahmed Hamid of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works.
The Attorney General stated that this project is a significant step in completing the prosecution office's infrastructure, acknowledging support from the President of the Supreme Political Council for its funding.
He noted that most prosecution offices currently operate in rented buildings and that this northern complex will be followed by a similar project in the southern part of the capital to address this issue.
Judge al-Houthi emphasized that the Public Prosecution is in the process of automation, which requires completing infrastructure, including buildings designed for evolving work systems and increasing judicial service needs, while also ensuring stability.
The engineering team has begun reviewing previous designs for the North Sana'a Capital Prosecution Complex, considering necessary updates to meet current needs and provide an optimal judicial work environment.
