Israeli occupation forces violently assaulted a young Palestinian man on Sunday in Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, leaving him with injuries and bruises.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), local sources reported that the occupation forces stopped the young man, Ezzedine Khaled Abu Rabee’, at a military checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Jericho and brutally beat him, causing injuries and bruises. He was subsequently transferred to Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron.
In a separate incident, settlers attacked two brothers from the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, on Sunday evening, severely beating them and vandalizing their car.
Eyewitnesses stated that settlers, under the protection of Israeli forces, attacked the two men from the village in the Wadi Al-Shami area, beat them violently, and detained them. The two men were identified as Ghassan Mohammed Issa Abdul-Jabbar (40 years old) and his brother Imad, in his thirties.
