The trading session recorded 385.4 million shares, through 22,290 spot transactions, worth KWD 100.9 million (approximately $1 million).
The main market index fell 52.12 points, or 0.75 percent, to 6,906.31 points, through 138.7 million shares traded through 7,909 spot transactions, worth KWD 16.3 million (approximately $50 million).
The Premier Market Index also fell by 29.88 points, or 0.34 percent, to 8,817.26 points, with 246.7 million shares traded in 14,381 cash transactions, valued at KWD 84.5 million (approximately $259.4 million).
The Main 50 Index fell by 12.55 points, or 0.18 percent, to 7,140.94 points, with 122.9 million shares traded in 6,169 cash transactions, valued at KWD 14.4 million (approximately $44.2 million).
