Bayda – Saba:
Bayda governor Abdullah Idris on Saturday inspected the ongoing rehabilitation project of the main street in Al Bayda city. The 13 million riyal project is funded by the local authority.
During his inspection, governor Idris received an update from Engineer Khaled al-Qafei, the Public Works Sector Official, on the work completed so far, which includes cutting, backfilling, leveling, filling excavations, and the asphalt base course layer. The project is reported to be 70 percent complete.
The Governor urged those responsible for the project to accelerate the pace of work and ensure its completion according to the required engineering standards and quality, to facilitate smooth traffic flow in the governorate capital's center.
