SANAA, Dec. 23 (Saba) – Transport Minister Zakaria al-Shami on Saturday headed a meeting to discuss coordination mechanism between his Ministry, the commercial and navigational sectors at Hodeidah port.
The meeting reviewed arrangements for reopening the port of Hodeidah to receive commercial goods and the readiness of the commercial sector and shipping companies to receive containers.
The minister emphasized the importance of partnership and coordination between all sectors of the Ministry and the private sector in cooperation with the shipping companies.
The Minister of Transport noted that the agreement of Sweden under the auspices of the United Nations confirmed the reopening of Hodeidah port.
