ANAA, May 8 (Saba) - Minister of Public Works and Roads Ghalib Mutlaq on Monday inaugurated the concrete paving works at the western entrance of Al-Hashishiya bridge in the capital Sanaa.
During the visit to the project site, the minister, along with Executive Director of the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, Labib Ez Al-Din, heard explanation on the work carried out by the corporation to complete the double bridge, whose length is estimated to 400 meters and its width to 16 meters.
They heard from the Director General of the corporation branch in the Capital Sanaa Eng. Abdullah Al-Reini an explanation about details on the construction work being carried out as well as the remaining works to complete the bridge in preparation for its opening.
The minister stressed the need to complete the final stages of the project during the time period specified and adhere to the required technical specifications and expressed appreciation to the efforts of all workers in the project.
