Sana'a - Saba:
A training course in the field of developmental work concluded on Saturday in Ma'een District of the Capital Secretariat.

The course was organized by the Local Council of the District, Bunyan Development Foundation, and Bunyan Academy for Training and Qualification, as part of a volunteer support program.

Over 15 days, 33 trainees from the "Development Knights" program acquired knowledge on the fundamentals of voluntary work, developmental resources, community initiatives, and urban development. The training was supported by the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the Secretariat, in cooperation with the Office of Social Affairs and Labor and the Agricultural Cooperative Union in the Secretariat.

During the closing ceremony, the Director of Ma'een District, Abdulmalik Al-Radhi, emphasized the important role of the Development Knights in activating and enhancing cooperative work, as well as building genuine partnerships with the community to improve service and developmental conditions and implement initiatives and projects in the district.

He expressed hope that the trainees would apply the course outcomes in practice, contributing to the implementation of initiative-based projects across various fields.

Meanwhile, Samir Al-Sharifi, Executive Director of the Ma'een Multipurpose Cooperative Association, highlighted the importance of activating cooperative work, mobilizing efforts and resources, and raising community awareness to achieve sustainable and comprehensive development.
