Ramallah - Saba:
On Tuesday, settler bulldozers razed large areas of land in the town of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank, in a new move aimed at seizing more Palestinian land.
According to Quds Press, local sources said that the razing operations are accompanied by the laying of pipelines and lines in the area, a clear indication of the settlers' intention to establish new facts on the ground and transform the targeted lands into areas of settlement influence.
They emphasized that what is happening constitutes a flagrant violation of the residents' rights and private property, and is part of the systematic settlement expansion policy targeting Palestinian areas.
They emphasized that the town's residents are facing these attacks amid a lack of protection, with growing fears that the razing will expand and reach additional agricultural lands owned by the town's residents.
