Sana’a – Saba

Amid the deepening humanitarian cataclysm in the Gaza Strip—characterized by sustained warfare, acts of genocide, and deliberate starvation—U.S. President Donald Trump persists in promulgating discredited accusations against Hamas, alleging its misappropriation and commercialization of humanitarian aid. These assertions are conspicuously congruent with the Israeli enemy state’s propagandist narrative.

This alignment not only obfuscates factual realities but constitutes a flagrant affront to the current global moment and the international moral framework. It reflects a regression by a superpower once professing to champion human rights, now complicit in undermining human dignity—including that of its own citizenry. By regurgitating these narratives, the U.S. administration relinquishes its ethical gravitas, reducing itself to an apologist for occupation and an enabler of militarized subjugation.

The United States further debases its geopolitical stature by masquerading as a neutral humanitarian facilitator through initiatives such as the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation." This entity has been widely repudiated on the international stage for its ostensible failure to furnish substantive aid. Instead, it functions as a veneer for Israeli enemy stratagems, obfuscating atrocities under the pretense of altruism while actively contributing to the engineered starvation of Palestinians.

Through its rhetorical and operational synchronization with Israeli occupation policy—particularly in exacerbating famine conditions—the United States has laid bare its culpability in what many jurists and scholars now classify as a genocide. This genocide is perpetuated with the indispensable provision of American armaments, fiscal endowments, and diplomatic immunity. Absent this triad of support, the protracted blockade and slaughter would have long since collapsed.

This unfolding tragedy unveils the dystopian reality of a unipolar global order, helmed by a nation increasingly perceived as sliding into a paradigm of contemporary fascism. Washington’s unwavering endorsement of Israel’s transgressions has positioned it not merely as a complicit actor, but as the principal adversary to the ethical architecture of human civilization—surpassing historic totalitarian regimes in both scale and impunity.

Political analysts observe that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has effectively subordinated Washington’s role, relegating it from ostensible mediator to subordinate auxiliary. The U.S. now performs in a capacity akin to a regional non-governmental entity executing directives from Tel Aviv, especially within frameworks such as the aforementioned "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" and other initiatives cloaked as famine relief but designed to institutionalize hunger.

As international outrage mounts over Israel’s coercive starvation campaign, U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, conducted a visit to Rafah in southern Gaza this past Friday. His demeanor and rhetoric mirrored that of an Israeli emissary, reaffirming Washington’s wholesale adoption of Tel Aviv’s ideological and operational lexicon.

While U.S. sources described Witkoff’s visit as a fact-finding mission intended to apprise President Trump of the humanitarian situation, regional analysts—speaking to Al Jazeera—asserted that the envoy’s posture merely perpetuated a sanitized and ideologically filtered narrative, one that omits the core etiology of the crisis: occupation and American complicity.

The Trump administration persists in ascribing Gaza’s humanitarian collapse to Hamas, accusing it of intercepting and monetizing relief. Hamas has categorically repudiated these allegations, citing independent investigations by both the United Nations and USAID, which found no credible evidence supporting such claims.

Furthermore, Trump alleges that Hamas remains disinterested in any ceasefire arrangement. In rebuttal, Hamas contends that the atrocities unfolding in Gaza are direct outcomes of Israeli enemy belligerence, emboldened and sustained by U.S. patronage. The movement has implored Washington to abandon its reflexive bias and to cease interpreting the crisis solely through an Israeli occupation lens.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemymilitary—operating under the aegis of full American and European backing—has relentlessly perpetrated acts of annihilation in Gaza. As of the current report, at least 60,933 Palestinians—predominantly women and children—have been killed, with 150,027 others injured. Thousands remain buried beneath the rubble or marooned without access to emergency services—casualties of an ongoing atrocity, enabled by a largely inert and complicit global community.
