Sana’a - Saba:
Thousands of students in the capital Sana’a took part in a large march under the slogan, “From Yemen’s students to Gaza’s children: An unbreakable pledge and loyalty until victory,” to express solidarity with the children of Gaza.
The march was attended by senior officials including Sana'a first undersecretary Khalid l-Madani, education sector head Abdelkader al-Mahdi, and youth and sports director Abdullah Obeid, alongside educational leaders.
Students chanted slogans supporting al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian people, condemning the ongoing Zionist-American aggression and systematic genocide in Gaza witnessed by the world. They denounced global silence and Arab neglect amid daily massacres, starvation, and collective punishment targeting Palestinians—especially children.
A joint Arabic-English statement read by students highlighted the dire plight of Gaza’s children, where over 100,000 face death by starvation, reflecting the scale of suffering and Zionist brutality. The statement condemned the continuation of mass killings through airstrikes, artillery, and snipers, and criticized international and Arab inaction.
The march called on students across Arab and Islamic educational institutions to break silence over US-Israeli crimes. It also praised Yemen’s armed forces for activating the fourth phase of their campaign in support of Gaza.
The statement emphasized ongoing student activities commemorating the Prophet’s birthday, urging emulation of his example, and vowed continued efforts—through events, vigils, and school initiatives—to support Gaza and expose Zionist-American crimes as a minimal act of solidarity.
