Sana'a (Saba) – The General Authority for Environmental Protection, the Environment and Public Hygiene Program, and the Environmental Monitoring and Education Center honored the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, in recognition of his role in environmental protection.

This came during a meeting in Sana'a with the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Environment and Media Affairs, Ali Al-Asadi, who presented him with a certificate of appreciation and the program's shield in recognition of his efforts in combating desertification.
