Gaza – SABA:
The Palestinian Resistance Committees have mourned the martyrdom of Mohammad Saeed Izadi (known as Haj Ramadan), the head of the Palestine file in the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), who was assassinated in a cowardly Israeli strike during the ongoing Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In a statement received Thursday by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the committees praised the pivotal and historic role played by Martyr Izadi in supporting the Palestinian cause and resistance over the decades. They emphasized his unwavering stance alongside the Palestinian people and their resistance, particularly highlighting his prominent contributions during critical stages, most recently during the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle.
Despite fully knowing the high price of his open and unwavering support—including the threat of assassination—Izadi remained committed until he was martyred by the enemies of the Ummah. The statement added that future revelations will uncover the true scale of his impactful contributions, which significantly strengthened the resistance’s path in confronting the Zionist enemy.
The Resistance Committees also commended the recent victory achieved by Iran’s armed forces and Revolutionary Guard, which dealt a severe blow to the Israeli entity, leaving it shocked, confused, and weakened, and proving that it could not break the will of the resilient and triumphant Iranian people.
The committees extended their heartfelt condolences to the brave Iranian people and leadership over the martyrdom of this great figure, praying for divine mercy for Martyr Mohammad Saeed Izadi and for strength and patience for his family, loved ones, and all who supported his cause.
