U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff expressed hope for a comprehensive peace agreement with Iran.

In a televised interview, Witkoff said: “I have a strong sense that Iran is ready to reach an agreement with the United States,” while also asserting that “it would be nearly impossible for Iran to revive its nuclear program.”

He emphasized that reviving the program would take years, stating that “President Donald Trump achieved his goal of dismantling Iran’s nuclear program,” according to him.
