At the announcement ceremony, Khalil Al-Qurayshi, the Assistant Undersecretary for Local Development at the Ministry of Administration and Local Development, emphasized the importance of establishing and formalizing cooperative associations in the districts of the Capital Secretariat, which will mark a significant step toward collaborative development work.

He highlighted the expected role of these associations in coordinating efforts and resources to support development initiatives, ultimately improving service conditions and meeting community aspirations.
