Hodeida - Saba:
The General Mobilization Forces of Hodeida governorate's Northern Directorates on Thursday organized a cultural symposium to commemorate the Prophet's migration (Hijra) for the year 1447 AH.
Held at the Grand Mosque in al-Zaidiyah, the symposium explored the migration's significance as a pivotal moment in Islamic history, representing a faith-based project to establish justice, dignity, and a state built on the prophetic approach, free from dependence and oppression.
Speakers emphasized that recalling the Hijra strengthens the nation's awareness of its responsibilities in confronting arrogance and restoring the Prophet's path of patience, steadfastness, and jihad, especially given current global challenges.
Northern Axis Commander Major General Fadel al-Dhayani highlighted that the migration was a strategic shift to build awareness and an Islamic resistance project against tyranny.
He noted that commemorating the event amidst ongoing conspiracies reinforces messages of steadfastness and cohesion.
Al-Zaidiyah District Director Hassan al-Ahdal discussed the Hijra's symbolism in transforming the nation from weakness to establishment and progress, urging inspiration from its lessons of action and sacrifice.
Sheikh Ahmed Shuaei reviewed the Prophet's life during the Hijra, underscoring its timeless lessons for the nation's struggle against disbelief and its path to liberation.
