Hajjah (Saba) – The local authority in Hajjah Governorate mourned the passing of the governor's secretary, Mahmoud Hazam Al-Saqqal, who passed away at the age of 36.
In the obituary, the local authority praised the deceased's virtues and his role in establishing and developing the electronic archiving and documentation system and improving the performance of the governorate's secretariat.
