The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemned, on Saturday, the continued pursuit by the security services of the Authority's security services of resistors and those wanted by the Zionist enemy, and the escalating and deliberate targeting of them in Jenin, which is fully aligned with the Zionist aggression and its criminality, without any regard for all calls to stop their hand from the Palestinian people and their resistors.
The movement said in a statement: It mourns the martyr, Commander Yazid Jaayisa, who was shot dead by the authorities in Jenin, a few days after the execution of the teenager Ribhi al-Shalabi. The movement emphasized that the continuation of this disgraceful approach, which contradicts all our values and norms, raises the alarm and fuels internal disputes that we do not need at this sensitive and fateful time in the history of our cause and the plans of annexation and displacement that it is exposed to.
She called on all factions, national forces, all components of the Palestinian people and their legal and human rights organizations to take a decisive stance against the actions of the Authority's agencies, especially in Jenin and throughout the occupied West Bank, and put serious pressure on them to put an end to these dangerous violations that threaten the national fabric and societal stability.
It also called on the leadership of the Authority to curb the behavior of its agencies, immediately and completely stop all these shameful attacks, speed up the release of all political detainees from its prisons, and correct its moral and national compass towards the option of unity and resistance to deter the Zionist enemy and repel its aggression.
