Tulkarm - Saba:
Today, Monday, the Zionist enemy's bulldozers began demolishing several residential buildings in the Manshiya neighborhood of Nur Shams camp, east of Tulkarm.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the enemy deployed a heavy D10-type bulldozer into the camp this afternoon , commenced the demolition of homes and the destruction of surrounding structures, amid the ongoing aggression that has continued for 86 consecutive days.
The agency added that last night, the enemy forces notified five families—Abu Harb, Al-Alajma, Abdullah, and Shahada—to evacuate their houses, consisting of 15 residential units, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM in preparation for demolition.
This escalation comes after the enemy forces issued demolition notices last Thursday evening for 106 buildings and houses in the two camps, including 58 buildings in Tulkarm camp and 48 houses in Nur Shams camp.
Since early this morning, the enemy forces have detained several camp residents who attempted to enter their houses to retrieve personal belongings, despite prior coordination for entry. They also detained teams from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society who were present to support the families after the team leader refused body searches by occupation soldiers due to the absence of female soldiers.
The ongoing aggression has forcibly displaced more than 4,200 families from Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, comprising over 25,000 citizens, and has led to the complete destruction of 396 houses and partial damage to 2,573 others. Additionally, the entrances and alleys of the camps have been blocked with earthen barriers.
