The Secretary-General of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Abbad, and the First Deputy Secretary, Khaled Al-Madani, inspected on Monday the progress of the construction projects for Fatima Al-Zahra and Abdulmalik Zubarah schools in Bani Al-Harith district.
Accompanied by the Education Sector official in the Secretariat, Abdulqader Al-Mahdi, and the District Director, Hamad bin Rakan, Abbad and Al-Madani reviewed the completion level of the Fatima Al-Zahra School project in Jidar neighborhood. The project, funded by a philanthropist through the Al-Qaila Foundation for Development and Relief, consists of two buildings.
They also inspected the Zubarah School project in Qaryat Al-Qabil neighborhood, which includes the construction and furnishing of six classrooms with facilities, supported by community contributions.
Abbad and Al-Madani praised the role of philanthropists in financing these educational projects, which will help accommodate a large number of male and female students.
They emphasized the importance of the two projects in improving the educational process in Bani Al-Harith District, urging redoubled efforts to complete them.
