Nablus - Saba:
Zionist enemy forces continue to impose a comprehensive closure on the entrances of the town of Beita, south of Nablus, since yesterday, Wednesday.

This comes after the announcement that an enemy soldier was injured by an explosive device detonated near an occupation vehicle, followed by clashes with resistance fighters during the invasion of the town.

In a statement issued today, Thursday, the Beita Municipality reported that the enemy forces have shut down all entrances to the town, including the main entrance, coinciding with the invasion by dozens of Zionist military vehicles. The forces opened fire on civilians inside their houses and destroyed dozens of water tanks on rooftops.

The municipality indicated that the enemy forces are carrying out destruction of the town's infrastructure, alongside raiding dozens of houses, conducting brutal search operations, and assaulting civilians.

Additionally, the enemy forces stormed the Beita Elementary Girls' School, confiscated surveillance cameras, and vandalized the school administration building. They also deliberately targeted and shot at the school's water tanks.

The Beita Municipality held the enemy forces responsible for the town's closure, noting that it is causing significant financial losses to farmers due to the spoilage of agricultural products that enter and exit the town. It also affects the supply of food to thousands of residents, describing the siege as a complete shutdown of Beita's economy.

The municipality called on international and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to lift the siege, which is impacting all aspects of life, and urged government authorities to take responsibility.

Yesterday evening, Zionist sources reported that three soldiers were injured, one critically, in the explosion of an improvised device targeting a military force in Beita, south of Nablus. They stated that the enemy army has imposed a security cordon to search for the perpetrators.
