Sana'a - Saba:
Recognition and criticism are growing within U.S. media and political circles regarding the failure of the American military aggression against Yemen, which primarily supports the Zionist enemy entity in its savage war on the Palestinian people.
These acknowledgments confirm that the U.S. aggression on Yemen has failed to achieve its objectives, instead giving Yemen renewed momentum in continuing its defense of Gaza’s people and carrying the banner of the nation in confronting its historical enemy.
Repeated American admissions, most notably in a recent New York Times report published last Monday, revealed that the military campaign against Yemen has not achieved its deterrence goals. Instead, it has had counterproductive repercussions, strengthening the position of Yemeni forces as an effective resistance power.
The New York Times affirmed the campaign’s failure to achieve its aims, particularly in targeting Yemen’s military capabilities and halting Yemeni operations in support of Gaza, stating: "So far, the U.S. campaign in Yemen does not appear to have deterred the Yemenis."The report noted that researchers have repeatedly warned that U.S. airstrikes might embolden them rather than deter them.
Foreign Policy magazine, in a report published Wednesday, stated that the intense campaign against Yemen has so far failed to achieve either of its declared goals: restoring freedom of navigation for the Zionist entity in the Red Sea and reestablishing deterrence—despite the U.S. campaign on Yemen, which has cost over a billion dollars in five weeks.
The magazine added: "The Yemenis remain defiant," warning that Trump has become entangled in a quagmire, while escalating their attacks on "Israel" and U.S. warships in the region.
As for CNN, the American network confirmed in a report last Sunday that the Yemenis continue to fire missiles toward "Israel" and launch waves of drones and missiles at U.S. Navy ships stationed in the Red Sea to protect "Israeli" navigation.
The network mocked the failure of U.S. strikes ordered by Trump to bomb Yemen in an attempt to halt military operations against the Zionist entity, stating: "Despite the U.S. air campaign, senior Yemeni military and political leaders remain alive, as do missile launch sites."
American "The War Zone" Website:
On Thursday, the American military affairs website The War Zone stated that the continued downing of MQ-9 drones in Yemen proves that the air defenses of the Yemeni Armed Forces pose a real threat to U.S. military aircraft. It noted that the U.S. military's reliance on B-2 strategic bombers may have been driven by fears of the advancement of these air defenses, which are highly capable of stealth, evasion, and avoiding detection and targeting.
Zionist "Center for Interest" Website:
Meanwhile, the Zionist website Center for Interest affirmed on Thursday that the United States has suffered a resounding failure in its military campaign against the Yemeni Armed Forces. The continued escalation of attacks by Yemeni forces against "Israel" is clear evidence of this failure, further tarnishing the image of American deterrence in the region.
The site published an editorial by its editor-in-chief, Rami Yitzhar, which stated: "Don’t be too swayed by the sporadic reports when it comes to U.S. airstrikes in Yemen. So far, the great American military has suffered a stunningly resounding failure."
He added: "The failure is evident. The Yemeni Armed Forces continue to launch ballistic missiles, attack commercial ships in the Red Sea, and even expand the battlefield toward 'Israel.' Despite the technological superiority of the U.S. military, the Yemeni Armed Forces have repeatedly demonstrated their ability to restore and rehabilitate their infrastructure while maintaining their deterrent power."
Other American Media Outlets Admit U.S. Military Supply Challenges:
In the same context, other American media outlets acknowledged that U.S. military supplies are under threat due to the Yemeni blockade in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. A report by the Washington Center for Studies stated: "Yemen is hindering America’s ability to rapidly deploy and manage its forces in the theater of operations,"noting that 80% of U.S. defense materials are transported via commercial shipping, which is vulnerable to Yemeni attacks.
The center emphasized that "not every shipment can be protected with armed escorts, and even escorted vessels have sometimes come under attack in the Red Sea." It also pointed out that "alternative routes, such as the Cape of Good Hope, cost the U.S. an additional million dollars per shipment, and the delay in military supplies due to the Yemeni blockade is hampering the U.S. military’s ability to rapidly deploy from the Indian Ocean to the Pacific."
America’s Strategic Dilemma in Yemen:
It has become clear that America is facing a strategic dilemma in Yemen. The U.S. aggression against Yemen has not yielded any results, and it will further damage Washington’s reputation in the region and the world due to its crimes and inability to make any progress.
