"Al-Hams: Gaza's health system unable to treat wounded Palestinians"
"Al-Hams: Gaza's health system unable to treat wounded Palestinians"
[Wed, 16 Apr 2025 12:53:42 +0300]

Gaza - Saba:
The Director of Field Hospitals at the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Marwan al-Hams, said that the health situation in Gaza Strip is catastrophic because all hospitals are full of wounded and sick Palestinians, with no ability to provide any treatment or medical services to those wounded and sick people.

In media statements on Tuesday, Al-Hams stressed that the hospitals in Gaza Strip are unable to provide even minimal medical services to the wounded in light of the lack of resources.
He pointed out that more than 11,000 patients need treatment abroad and the enemy prevents their exit, demanding that the sick and wounded be taken out of Gaza Strip to receive treatment , that medical delegations and equipment be brought in to support the health system in Gaza Strip.

Al-Hams also stressed that the hospitals' fuel stocks provided by some international organizations are not enough for more than two weeks, indicating that the lives of the sick and wounded are in danger of death.

It is noteworthy that during the current war, the enemy authorities placed hospitals in Gaza Strip among their list of military targets, claiming that they were used by resistance factions, but they did not provide concrete evidence, while international press reports and investigations refuted this.

Last Sunday, the Zionist enemy bombed Al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital , put it completely out of service, and a wounded child was martyred during the evacuation process, thus putting 36 hospitals in Gaza completely out of service.
