HODEIDA - SABA :
A training course in the field of information security policies, organized on Sunday by the General Department of Administrative Development Research and Training, in cooperation with the General Department of Information and Statistics at the Province General Office, began in Al-Hodeida province.
The two-week course aims to provide 39 cadres from the directorates of Al-Mina, Bajil, Al-Zahra, Zubaid, Al-Marawah and the province office with the necessary skills to manage and protect information security, manage information risk-based operations, and familiarize them with the concepts related to information security and related regulations.
During the opening course, which was attended by Shura Council member Abdulrahman Makram, the province's Undersecretary for Services Affairs, Mohammed Halisi, stressed the importance of holding such courses to develop the capabilities of administrative cadres in the province center and directorates, in line with the national vision to build a modern state.
Noah Al-Osaimi, Director of the General Department of Information and Statistics, explained that the trainees will receive knowledge about the basic principles of ensuring information security and defining data security policies, according to modern systems of the local authority information system program.
The Director of the General Department of Development Research and Training, Musab Al-Akoua, pointed out that the course comes within the framework of the province's plan for the year 1446 AH to enhance training programs in line with the requirements of administrative work at the province office , all executive offices and directorates.
