Sana'a - Saba:

The Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission's Council, in its regular meeting on Monday, chaired by Commission member Dr. Ahmed al-Sheikh Abu Bakr, approved the referral of 16 suspects to the Public Prosecution in six corruption cases.

The charges include embezzlement, facilitating embezzlement, assaulting state property, and harming state interests.

The total damage in these cases amounted to 136,882,841 YER and $123,750, in addition to 48 Qasaba Oshari.

The Commission's Council also discussed a number of issues on its agenda and took appropriate decisions.
