LONDON August 26. 2024 (Saba) - Gold prices on Monday continued their upward trajectory in spot transactions, extending gains from the previous session. According to Reuters, gold increased by 0.2 percent to $2,516.09 per ounce.
US gold futures also saw a 0.2 percent rise, reaching $2,551.30.
In the broader precious metals market, silver gained 0.3 percent to $29.90 per ounce, while platinum held steady at $962.65. Palladium, however, experienced a decline, falling 0.3 percent to $959.43.
