Gaza – SABA:
The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced on Tuesday that their fighters successfully destroyed an Israeli military vehicle in the center of Khan Younis city, in southern Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the brigades said: “After returning from the combat lines, our fighters confirmed the destruction of an Israeli military vehicle using a pre-planted, high-explosive barrel bomb in the vicinity of Al-Katiba Mosque, in central Khan Younis.”
Earlier today, the Al-Quds Brigades released footage showing their fighters shelling Israeli forces east of Gaza City and seizing an Israeli drone during an intelligence mission.
This operation comes as part of the Palestinian resistance factions’ continued response to the ongoing genocide perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces against the people of Gaza—crimes that have been supported by the United States since October 7, 2023. These attacks include killings, starvation, destruction, and displacement, all while ignoring international appeals and rulings by the International Court of Justice calling for a halt to the aggression.
