At dawn on Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the occupied West Bank and Quds, arresting 39 Palestinian citizens, including released prisoners.
The Palestinian Safa News Agency reported that Israeli forces arrested 16 citizens during a raid on the villages of Al-Mazra'a al-Gharbiya, Abu Shkhaydam, and Barqa in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale raid and vandalized citizens' property and homes in the village of Al-Mazra'a al-Gharbiya, northwest of Ramallah, arresting 12 citizens, most of whom were released prisoners.
The detainees are: Raafat Khalil Abu Rabie (47 years old), Khalil Akram Ladadweh (27 years old), Radi Awad Shriteh (36 years old), Saed Hussein al-Khatib Abu Qara' (37 years old), Sameh Aziz Ladadweh (27 years old), Moaz Kamal Hanoun (35 years old), Hamza Sand Abu Qara' (37 years old), Muhammad Issa al-Ali (40 years old), Mahmoud Suleiman Hamed Shriteh (27 years old), Azmi Sufyan Bayoud (27 years old), Othman Hussein Ladadweh (27 years old), and Mahdi Mahmoud Omar Shriteh (31 years old).
The forces also arrested three citizens after raiding their homes in the village of Abu Shkhaydam, northwest of Ramallah. They are: Qassam Issa al-Khatib, Riyad Lutfi Qandah, and Abdullah Mahna Abu Shkhaydam.
In this context, Israeli forces arrested Khader Abbas Samreen (18 years old) after raiding his family's home in the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah.
In Bethlehem, Israeli forces arrested 12 citizens from the village of Husan, west of the city, during a raid that targeted several homes.
Sources reported that the forces detained a number of citizens and interrogated them in the field.
They indicated that the forces arrested: Muhammad Hassan Za'oul, Abdul Taher Zaghoul, Taher Mustafa Za'oul, Muhammad Bakr Za'oul, Muhammad Hamamra, Muhammad Saeb Za'oul, Bashar Hamamra, Zuki Tayseer Za'oul, Omar Muhammad Hamamra, Issa Muhammad Za'oul, Na'im Nasser Hamamra, and Issam Ahmed Hamamra.
They added that the forces raided the town of Beit Fajjar in the south, without any reported raids on homes or arrests.
In the town of Az-Zawiya, west of Salfit Governorate, Israeli forces arrested four citizens during a large-scale raid that targeted a large number of homes and ransacked their contents.
The detainees are: Alian Rashid Muqadi, Ghassan Rabhi Shaqour, Nazmi Ahmed Nazmi Raddad, and Saber Ismail Shaqir.
In the city of Hebron, Israeli forces arrested three citizens during a raid and search campaign carried out in the towns of Idhna, Yatta, and Ash-Shuyukh, in addition to the city of Hebron.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces stormed several neighborhoods in the town of Idhna, west of Hebron, and began searching citizens' homes and ransacking their contents.
They also reported that the forces opened several shops and vandalized some, as part of ongoing provocative practices against residents.
They also reported that Israeli forces arrested citizens Ayman Abdullah Nofal Salimiya and Muhammad Musa Nofal Salimiya after raiding their homes in the town.
From the town of Ash-Shuyukh, northeast of the city, Israeli forces arrested Mustafa Murad Shaheen after raiding his home and confiscating his vehicle.
In a related development, Israeli soldiers raided several neighborhoods in the town of Yatta, south of Hebron, without any arrests being reported.
In occupied Quds, Israeli forces arrested two children, Abdul Hamdan and Daniel Al-Rifai, at dawn today, after raiding their homes in the town of Anata, northeast of the city.
