TEHRAN August 01. 2024 (Saba) - The Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohamed Bagheri, said on Thursday that his country would avenge the blood of Martyr Ismail Haniyah, and make the Zionists regret.

Mehr News Agency quoted Major General Bagheri, during a participation in prayers for the head of Hamas political bureau in Tehran, as saying: Iran will avenge the blood of the martyr Mujahid Ismail Haniyah.

He added that how the Islamic Republic and the axis of resistance will retaliate is being studied, but will certainly be.

Many measures are being taken and we will make the Zionist enemy regret for what it has done, he vowed.
