Hodeidah - Saba:
Students from schools in Al-Tuhayta District, Al-Hodeidah Governorate, organized a massive march on Sunday, with the participation of the teaching staff, in solidarity with the people of Gaza , the Palestinian people, and in condemnation of the siege and starvation crimes imposed on the Strip by the American-Zionist enemy.
Leading the march were the district’s education sector official, several school principals, and teachers. Participants carried banners expressing unconditional solidarity with the Palestinian people and denouncing the brutal massacres and genocidal crimes targeting defenseless civilians in Gaza.
Students and educators chanted angry slogans calling for an end to the siege and cessation of the aggression, holding global arrogance powers fully responsible for the crimes committed against the Palestinians. They affirmed that these crimes reveal the true nature of the Zionist colonial project and its aim to eliminate the Palestinian cause.
Participants described the policy of siege and starvation as a fully-fledged war crime, carried out with direct support and supervision from the U.S. administration, and with the participation of Western powers seeking to use the blockade as a weapon to break the will of the Palestinian people and undermine their resilience.
They also praised the activation of the fourth phase of Yemen’s naval operations in support of Gaza, considering it a powerful message affirming Yemen’s active presence in the confrontation equation with the Zionist enemy and a strategic step reflecting the unity of popular and official positions in supporting the resistance until the siege is broken and victory is achieved.
A statement issued by the march stressed that Yemen’s stance toward Palestine is steadfast , deeply rooted in the conscience of its people, that supporting the Palestinian people is a religious and moral duty that is non-negotiable. It noted that these marches are part of an ongoing popular movement expressing unity of position and commitment to the path of resistance.
The statement called on free peoples and resistance forces worldwide to escalate field actions and popular events in support of Palestine, to press for opening crossings for the flow of food, medicine, and all essential needs, and to fully lift the blockade on Gaza, ensuring the Palestinian people’s right to life, freedom, and independence.
