Sana’a - Saba:
A tribal mediation succeeded in resolving a murder case between the Al-Ansi tribe from Ibb Governorate and the Al-Tuaiman tribe from the Jahm Bani Jabr tribe in Marib Governorate.
During the reconciliation gathering in Sana’a—led by Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Al-Zaidi, Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, Deputy Minister of Local Administration and Rural Development Nasser Al-Mahdhar, and the Governors of Marib, Ali Tuaiman, and Shabwah, Awad Al-Awlaqi—the family of the victim, Khaled Hameed Awnallah Al-Ansi, announced their pardon of the two perpetrators, Dhiab Saleh Tuaiman and Dheifallah Tuaiman, for the sake of God and in honor of those present.
Sheikh Al-Zaidi affirmed that resolving community disputes in a brotherly manner falls within the broader effort to end conflicts and strengthen unity and social cohesion.
For their part, the Minister of Oil, the Deputy Minister of Local Administration, and the Governors of Marib and Shabwah praised the victim’s family for their act of forgiveness and dropping the case, which reflects the values and nobility of Yemeni tribes, known for their tolerance and generosity. They considered this a reflection of awareness and commitment to uniting ranks and responding to the call of the Leader of the Revolution to resolve disputes and conflicts.
They also commended all the efforts made to bring the two sides closer, which ultimately led to resolving the case amicably and closing the file permanently.
The mediators urged all tribes to prioritize national interests, preserve social cohesion, work to resolve disputes, promote values of brotherhood and tolerance, reject divisions, and unite ranks to confront the aggression targeting everyone without exception.
The reconciliation was attended by a number of sheikhs and dignitaries from Ibb and Marib Governorates.
