Ramallah - Saba:
The Palestinian Prisoners' Media Office stated that the number of prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons as of the beginning of August 2025 had reached 10,800.

The office emphasized in a statement issued on Saturday that this number is the highest since the Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000 (not including detainees in military camps).

It stated that the number of female prisoners has reached 49, including two from Gaza, and more than 450 children.
