Hodeidah - Saba:
The Thabit Brothers Group delivered on Tuesday a new shipment of medications and treatments worth six million Yemeni riyals to the burn center at Al-Thawra General Hospital in Al-Hodeidah province, as part of its humanitarian support for the healthcare sector in the province.

During the handover, the province's deputy for services affairs, Mohammed Halisi, described the initiative as a reflection of the national and humanitarian role undertaken by the Thabit Brothers Group and its ongoing commitment to supporting health facilities despite the challenges and difficult circumstances facing the country.

He praised the group’s efforts in meeting the needs of Al-Thawra Hospital, particularly in providing medicines and medical supplies, alleviating burdens on the hospital. He noted that the hospital offers extensive medical services and contributes to treating impoverished segments of the province’s population.

For his part, Dr. Khaled Ahmed Suhail, head of Al-Thawra Hospital, expressed appreciation for the Thabit Brothers Group’s continued support and initiatives.

He pointed out that supplying the burn center with medications, along with previous initiatives, has helped mitigate difficulties and challenges while enhancing the level of medical care provided to patients.

Dr. Suhail noted that the burn center receives a high number of critical cases, requiring sustained support to ensure medical services and alleviate patients' suffering, especially amid increasing pressure on the hospital and limited available resources.

Meanwhile, Abdullah Al-Hajri, the group’s sales manager, stated that the initiative falls within the group’s commitment to its social and humanitarian responsibility toward the people of the province, emphasizing its dedication to continuously supplying hospitals and medical centers with essential resources to reduce suffering.
