Sana’a - Saba:
Researcher Mustafa Ahmed Mohammed Al-Bori has been awarded a PhD in Business Administration from the Business Administration Center for Postgraduate Studies at Sana’a University.
His dissertation, titled "The Impact of Delegation of Authority on Employee Performance Through Organizational Loyalty: A Field Study in Yemeni Banks in the Capital Secretariat," was successfully defended on Tuesday.
The evaluation committee, chaired by Dr. Sinan Al-Marhadhi (internal examiner, Sana’a University), and comprising Dr. Abdo Ahmed Al-Amiri (principal supervisor, University of Science and Technology) and Dr. Abdulkhaliq Tawaf (external examiner, Amran University), praised the dissertation’s content and the researcher’s findings. The study analytically integrated variables and dimensions of employee performance within Yemeni banks under review.
The committee highlighted the dissertation as one of the rare studies focusing on employee performance in Yemen’s business environment, effectively merging key variables and dimensions.
