Representatives of Iran, China, and Russia agreed during a joint tripartite meeting held in Tehran to continue consultations on the Iranian nuclear file in the coming weeks, according to Iranian media reports on Wednesday.
The Iranian "Tasnim" news agency reported on Wednesday that the representatives of the three countries discussed during the meeting, which was held on Tuesday, the latest developments regarding the nuclear negotiations, ways to lift the unjust sanctions, and related issues.
The agency indicated that the participants affirmed the serious determination of their governments to continue close consultations in order to coordinate positions and actions, and it was agreed to continue holding these meetings at various levels between the three countries in the coming weeks.
The heads of the Russian and Chinese delegations also met, on the sidelines of the tripartite meeting, separately with both the Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs and the Director General of the Department of International Peace and Security at the Iranian Foreign Ministry, and held separate talks with them.
