Hodeidah - Saba:
Hodeidah University held a speech event to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, under the slogan “Humiliation is far from us.”
The event was attended by university and local leaders and students. The university president, Dr. Mohammed Al-Ahdal, emphasized the importance of this anniversary in consolidating the values of truth and justice, linking them to faith identity and true education that reflects the nation’s issues.
The governor’s deputy praised the university’s awareness-raising role in confronting attempts at cultural misinformation. A number of academics reviewed milestones from the life of Imam Hussein, emphasizing that the Karbala path is a source of inspiration for resisting tyranny and building committed youth awareness. The event concluded with a poem expressing pride in the Husseini heroism.
