Hodaydah (Saba) – The first training course for female nutrition engineers in the field of local cheese manufacturing concluded in Al Hudaydah Governorate, the course was implemented as part of a development project aimed at empowering women and enhancing their contribution to economic development through local food industries.

The ten-day course aimed to train and qualify 15 female community development pioneers and nutrition engineers in the methods and skills of local cheese manufacturing.
