Tehran - Saba:
The spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, confirmed that Iran will respond with a "crushing response" in the event of any new aggression against Iran, stressing that "we will not cross any red line."
In a statement to Al-Mayadeen, reported by the Iranian News Agency (IRNA), Brigadier General Naeini explained that the "swift Iranian response" to the recent aggression "thwarted the enemies' calculations," adding that the results of a war are measured by the extent to which objectives are achieved, and "the enemy did not achieve any of its objectives during the recent war."
He pointed out that "the enemy's primary goal was to destroy the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran," noting that the enemy explicitly declared that "the war aimed to subjugate, divide, and eliminate Iran," but that it failed to achieve this goal.
The IRGC spokesman stated that "the enemy resorted to military action after failing to achieve its goals through talks," considering that this shift reflects that "the enemies do not have a sufficient understanding of the nature of the Iranian regime."
Naeini believed that targeting Iranian military leaders during the recent war "did not achieve its goal of confusing the Iranian leadership," but on the contrary, "our response to them was swift."
The IRGC spokesman asked, "Who is worried now? Iran, or its enemies?" He said, "Certainly our enemies are worried about Iran's devastating response in the event of a new aggression."
Naeini revealed that Iran has launched "more than 2,000 missiles and drones toward the occupied territories," stressing that "a large number of these missiles and drones hit their targets accurately."
