Hague – Saba:
U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that resolving the conflict in Ukraine has become more difficult, citing issues with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Speaking to journalists after the NATO summit in The Hague, Trump stated, "I had problems with Zelensky," adding that "resolving the Ukrainian conflict is harder than it seems," according to Sputnik news agency.
He noted that he does not doubt Russian President Vladimir Putin’s willingness to settle the Ukrainian conflict, saying, "What I know for sure is that (Putin) wants to end this conflict."
At the same time, Trump clarified that the United States would consider sending Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.
