The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned on Tuesday the blatant attack by the Israeli occupation forces on the ship "Madeleine" and the kidnapping of political and humanitarian figures on board, considering it an extension of the organized state terrorism practiced by the "occupying power."
In a statement, the OIC commended the humanitarian efforts and initiatives and international solidarity activities with the Palestinian people.
It called for the immediate release of international activists and the provision of protection to all humanitarian, medical, and media workers, stressing the need to allow sufficient and sustainable access for relief and humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
The OIC also renewed its call on all active international parties to assume their responsibilities towards compelling the Israeli enemy to halt all crimes of genocide, ethnic cleansing, destruction, starvation, and blockade perpetrated against the Gaza Strip.
