Ramallah - Saba:

Israeli enemy forces raided villages, towns, and cities in the West Bank on Thursday, detaining and assaulting a number of Palestinian citizens before later releasing them.

Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli enemy forces stormed the city of Qalqilya from its southern entrance, deployed in Nazzal neighborhood, and conducted field investigations with a number of young men before withdrawing. No arrests were reported.

Israeli enemy forces also seized a vehicle and a sum of money from a Palestinian citizen from Bethlehem on Thursday, and raided homes in the village of Husan to the west.

Local Palestinian sources said that Israeli enemy forces seized the vehicle and 1,000 Jordanian dinars from Ibrahim Awad Masalma while he was at the "Container" checkpoint northeast of Bethlehem. They detained him for a period of time before releasing him.

Sources reported that Israeli enemy forces stormed Husan after midnight last night, positioning themselves in various neighborhoods and streets. Dozens of soldiers were deployed there, who launched a large-scale raid on citizens' homes, ransacking their contents, and subjecting residents to harsh interrogations, including physical assault. No arrests were reported.

Israeli enemy forces raided a number of homes in Husan the day before yesterday, searching them, ransacking their contents, and assaulting their residents.

Israeli enemy forces also detained a number of Palestinian citizens on Thursday during their raid on the town of Sa'ir, northeast of Hebron.

Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli enemy forces stormed the town with a large number of military vehicles, detained a number of citizens, and subjected them to field interrogation in a café they had seized in the center of the town. They also raided and searched several homes and ransacked their contents.

In the same context, Israeli enemy forces stormed the towns of Yatta and Samou in the south, deploying in several neighborhoods, closing roads, and searching several homes. No arrests were reported.

Last night, Israeli enemy forces stormed the village of Shufa, southeast of Tulkarm.

Local Palestinian sources reported that several vehicles and infantry units stormed the center of the village. Soldiers raided the main café, detained a number of young men, and searched and interrogated them on the spot. Some were beaten on the ground.

The sources added that the enemy forces arrested four young men and took them away before releasing them later. Meanwhile, soldiers forced citizens sitting in their courtyards to enter their homes under threat, and assaulted one of the homeowners after he refused to comply with their orders.

It's worth noting that the village of Shufa has been witnessing similar raids from time to time, amid the ongoing aggression on Tulkarm Governorate, its camps, suburbs, and towns, for the 137th consecutive day.
