Gaza - Saba:
Amjad al-Shawa, director of the NGO Network in Gaza, has confirmed that aid distribution centers supervised by the American security company and the enemy army have been transformed into military sites serving the Israeli and American agendas.
In a press statement on Wednesday, al-Shawa explained that the enemy deliberately directs citizens to rugged areas to create chaos and then eliminate them.
Al-Shawa added: Those who went out in search of food for their hungry children returned to their families as corpses, and some have not yet returned and are now missing.
He continued: We are living through the worst humanitarian reality ever, with no prospects for life. We have reached a dangerous and unprecedented stage that threatens the basic necessities of life.
He explained that the enemy is holding back approximately 130,000 tons of aid at the crossings and borders of the Gaza Strip, preventing it from passing to the starving and besieged citizens.
Al-Shawa called on all international bodies and institutions to pressure the enemy to open the crossings and allow comprehensive aid into the Gaza Strip, as famine has reached dangerous and unprecedented levels.
Al-Shawa stated that the quantities of flour and aid recently allowed into the Gaza Strip do not meet the minimum needs of the citizens.
Medical sources announced at dawn on Wednesday that more than 20 citizens were martyred and more than 124 others were injured while waiting for aid west of the so-called "Netzarim" crossing, south of Gaza City.
Three martyrs, including a child, and more than 100 wounded arrived at al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat as a result of bombs and gunfire from Israeli drones, and artillery shelling targeting civilian gatherings near an aid distribution point east of the so-called "Netzarim" checkpoint in the central Gaza Strip.
