Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi, who also chairs the Supreme Committee of the Third Conference, "Palestine: The Central Issue of the Nation," on Saturday honored several members of the Supreme Committee and its subcommittees with the conference shield. This recognition was for their roles and efforts in ensuring the conference's success.
Those honored included Supreme Committee members: First Deputy Prime Minister Mohammed Miftah; Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs Lieutenant General Jalal al-Ruwaishan; and Ministers Dr. Ali Shaiban (Health and Environment), Hashem Sharaf al-Din (Information), and Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad (Youth and Sports).
Also honored were Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Hamran (Chairman of the Preparatory Committee), Dr. Ahmed al-Arami (Deputy Chairman), Dr. Nasr al-Hujaili (Committee Member), and Abdullah Abu al-Rijal (Chairman of the International Relations Committee).
The Prime Minister praised the significant efforts and roles of the honorees throughout the preparation stages of the third conference.
He stated that honoring these committee members is a tribute to everyone involved in the annual conference on Palestine, noting its year-on-year progress in its various aspects and the distinguished local and international participation it attracts.
