The UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs said, "We have a plan to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza on a large scale."

He added in a press statement on Saturday that, "The conditions are difficult, but we know how to implement the plan, and the world is demanding it."

The United Nations described the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip as the worst since the war began on October 7, 2023, amid a worsening famine.

UN Secretary-General Spokesman Stéphane Dujarric said on Friday that the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip is at its worst since the beginning of the genocide.
