Salfit - Saba:
Israeli forces tightened their military measures in the western area of Salfit Governorate on Tuesday.
Local sources reported to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) that Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the main entrance to the town of Zawiya, west of Salfit, obstructing the movement of Palestinians and their vehicles. Meanwhile, the town of Bidya witnessed a heavy deployment of Israeli soldiers on the road connecting the town of Saniriya.
Enemy forces also closed the iron gate near the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, which leads to villages and towns west of the governorate.
In the same context, the enemy continues to close the northern entrance to the city of Salfit and the entrance to the town of Bruqin for the fourteenth consecutive day, negatively impacting the lives of citizens, the flow of commerce, and freedom of movement within the governorate.
It is worth noting that the Salfit Governorate has witnessed a significant escalation in enemy measures in recent weeks, coinciding with ongoing attacks by settlers, particularly in the towns of Bruqin and Kafr ad-Dik.
