Zionist settlers attacked the Al-Mughayyir village east of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank on Saturday evening, assaulting its residents and leaving several injured.
Activist Faris Kaabaneh told the Palestinian news agency Safa that the settlers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, opened live fire and attacked villagers as they were evacuating the area, resulting in injuries to 20 civilians.
He added that the settlers chased residents through the village and also assaulted foreign solidarity activists, one of whom was hospitalized.
Al-Mughayyir gathering, near the village of Deir Dibwan east of Ramallah, has faced repeated attacks by settlers in recent days, prompting residents to evacuate their livestock and homes.
