On this day, May 23, dozens of civilians, including women and children, were killed and wounded when the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression and its mercenaries targeted mosques, gas stations, homes, farms, and shops in several governorates.
On May 23, 2015, three children were killed and six others, including a woman, were wounded when the aggression's air force targeted the Guard Camp in the Kilo 16 area of Ad-Durayhimi District in Hodeida Governorate and neighboring facilities, including the Roads Authority and the Al-Awdi Factory.
Three civilians were wounded when the aggression's air force bombed the Al-Qahoum petrol station and a nearby mosque in Ras Naqeel Ghula Ajib in Raydah District in Amran Governorate. The bombing also destroyed the station, its contents, and the mosque.
The aggression's air force launched several raids on the main road linking Al-Qaflah District and Amran Governorate to the north, and on the cities of Ahem, Haradh, At-Tuwal, and Abs in Hajjah Governorate.
The aggression's air force targeted the reserve forces camp in the Al-Sawad area, the Dabwa camp, and Faj Attan in the capital Sana'a with a series of airstrikes. It also launched several airstrikes on the areas of Sirwah, Haylan, and Al-Jadaan in Ma'rib Governorate.
The enemy bombed the Al-Malahiz area in the Dhaher district of Saada Governorate with ten missiles from behind Mount Dukhan. The air force also launched several airstrikes on the home of businessman Abu Maska and two airstrikes on the home of the martyr Ahmed Ayza Al-Hamzi, who was killed along with his wife and granddaughter in a previous airstrike on the house.
On May 23, 2016, the aggression's air force launched an airstrike on the Al-Khadham camp in the Bani Hashish district and another airstrike near the Bani Sabr area in the Nihm district of Sana'a Governorate.
In Taiz Governorate, the aggression's mercenaries destroyed several shrines in the Qubbat Al-Mutawakkil Mosque in the Old City, targeted the Al-Mudhareb area in the Al-Wazi'iyah district with machine guns, and continued artillery shelling of various areas in the city of Dhubab.
Hostile airstrikes targeted the Alaf area in Sahar district, Saada governorate.
On May 23, 2017, three civilians were killed and five others were injured by a mortar shell fired by coalition mercenaries. A woman was also injured by mortar shrapnel in another attack on the Al-Jumla neighborhood in Sala district, Taiz governorate.
Coalition airstrikes targeted two Maqbanah district, three Mokha district in the same governorate, three Dhaher district in Saada governorate, and three Midi district in Hajjah governorate.
On May 23, 2018, six civilians were killed and three others were injured by a coalition airstrike targeting a mango farm in the Al-Miyah area, Bayt al-Faqih district, Hodeida governorate.
A fisherman was injured in a coalition airstrike targeting Kamaran Island, and the coalition launched a raid on the Al-Jabana area in Al-Hali district, Hodeida governorate.
In Saada Governorate, the aggression's air force launched an airstrike on the main road in the Al-Nazir area of the border district of Razih, five airstrikes on Al-Dhaher district, and two airstrikes on Sahar district. Rocket and artillery shelling targeted various areas in the districts of Razih and Munabbih.
On May 23, 2019, a woman was injured when a shell fired by the aggression's mercenaries fell on her home in the Al-Khazja area of the Haifan district of Taiz Governorate.
The aggression's mercenaries carried out intensive artillery shelling and search operations using light and medium caliber bullets, targeting areas near the College of Engineering, Al-Dhabyani neighborhood, Al-Wahyan Hotel, City Max Hotel, and residential neighborhoods on Al-Khamsin Street in Hodeida city.
They also shelled a Sabha store and a hangar in the Kilo 16 area of Al-Durayhimi district with artillery shells and heavy bullets.
Saudi missile shelling targeted various areas of the border district of Shada in Saada Governorate.
On May 23, 2020, the aggression's air force launched eight raids on the Al-Labanat area in the Al-Jawf desert and four raids on the Majzar district in Marib governorate.
On May 23, 2021, a citizen was killed by Saudi border guard fire in the Al-Raqou area in the Munabbih border district in Saada governorate.
The aggression's air force launched four raids on the Sirwah and Madghal districts in Ma'rib governorate and four raids on the Al-Maraziq area in the Khab wa Ash-Sha'af district, east of Al-Jawf.
The aggression's mercenaries established combat fortifications in the Al-Jabaliyah area in the At-Tuhayta district in Hodeida governorate, while reconnaissance aircraft dropped two missiles on the Al-Faza area in the same district.
On May 23, 2022, the aggression's mercenaries established combat fortifications west of the Haradh district in Hajjah governorate, south of Al-Shabaka in the Al-Malahiz area in the Ad-Dhaher district in Sa'dah governorate, and on the Defense Hill in Jizan.
The mercenaries targeted, with artillery shelling, the areas of Al-Balq Al-Sharqi and Mala'a in Ma'rib Governorate, Al-Dhabab and Jabal Habashi in Taiz Governorate, Haradh and Bani Hassan in Hajjah Governorate, Al-Buq', Manbih, and Al-Malahiz in Al-Dhaher District, Al-Muthallath in Razih District in Saada Governorate, Bab Ghalq in Al-Dhale'a Governorate, Najran, Al-Sayaba and Al-Batoul in Wadi Jarah in Jizan, and East Araf in Asir Governorate.
The mercenaries also fired on civilian homes and various areas in the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Dhale'a, Bayda, and border fronts.
In Hodeida Governorate, reconnaissance aircraft launched four attacks on Hays, while the mercenaries targeted numerous areas in the governorate with artillery shelling and various types of live ammunition.
On May 23, 2023, reconnaissance aircraft launched four raids on the Hays district and the Jabaliya area of the At Tuhayta district in Hodeida governorate. Meanwhile, mercenaries established combat fortifications in Jabaliya and Hays, and shelled various areas of the governorate with artillery and various types of live ammunition.
